At Aeonya, we take great care in the creation and handling of each item. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on your card issuer’s procedures.

 

Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations
You may request a refund, return, or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent
  • The item is defective or non-functional
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The item was not delivered within the promised timeframe

 

Timeframe to Report Issues
Customers must report any of the above issues within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

Conditions for Replacement

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Replacements will be sent upon review and confirmation of the reported issue.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

 

Important Note

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or incomplete delivery information.
  • If no issue is reported within the allowed timeframe, the order will be considered accepted and completed.
