At Aeonya, each order is prepared and dispatched with care. We aim to deliver your items promptly and in perfect condition. Delivery terms may vary depending on location and product type.

 

Delivery Methods & Timeframes

  • For local deliveries within Lebanon of products produced locally, items are typically shipped within 2–5 business days, and international orders, delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days,
  • For products fulfilled abroad,  delivery times range from 10 to 30 business days - depending on various factors related to fulfillment and logistics.
  • If a product requires additional preparation time, this will be clearly noted before checkout.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery method.
  • Certain items prices include Shipping and Taxes. A note: "Shipping & Taxes Included" will be mentioned above the item's price.
  • Promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

 

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
  • A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once the item is dispatched.

 

Proof of Delivery

  • A delivery receipt signed or confirmed by the customer is required to complete delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details to avoid delays.

 

Restricted Destinations

  • aeonya.com will NOT deal with or provide services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with Lebanese law.

 

Multiple Transactions Notice

  • Multiple transactions by a customer may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

Questions or Delays

  • If your delivery is delayed or damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of the expected arrival for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
